All ads are subject to approval. Ads may only be for Oregon Coast vacation rental home owners, management companies, or Oregon Coast businesses or attractions that might be of interest to our viewers. We reserve the right to refuse any ad, or to require edits to the ad to better serve the advertiser and/or the site’s visitors.
Ads payments are for a full year and no pro-rations, or refunds, are available if you decide to remove your ad before a full year is up.
Oregon Coast Vacation Homes, a JT Dataworks site, can make no guarantee of any kind about the performance of the ads on this site. Performance of ads can be variable depending on placement, time of year, design of ad, and many other variables.
Ads will link to the advertiser’s website. Important: The links for paid ads are, without exception, tagged with a “nofollow” designation for the web-bots as decreed by Google. This means that visitors to the site can follow the ad directly to your site by clicking on it, however, the link will not increase your “link popularity” (an SEO term) in Search Engines. Sites that accept payment for links, or the sites that obtain paid links without this designation can be penalized by Google.
