What choices do I have and what do they cost?

Listing Upgrade only $59 a year!
Included:
• a photo or logo next to your listing
• 1-2 lines of text (up to 25 words)
• expanded listing to the popular pet friendly and ocean view pages (if applicable)
Upgrading allows you to mention your best amenities (fireplace, spa, view, decks), put an eye catching spot of color next to your listing as well as allowing you to show up in more places like the pet friendly page. Images must be in jpg format and 100 pixels square. Not sure how? We can take the picture you want off your website, just tell us which one!
Areas Ads $99 a year
Put a larger photo ad or logo (clickable to your site) on the area page (North South Central) where your rental is located – on top of the listings! (Limited space available.)
Home Page Ad $199 a year
• Put a featured rentals ad on the Home page in the main content area (clickable to your site) This gives you supercharged exposure for your rental!
Sidebar Page Ads $299 a year
These give you maximum exposure and visitor views! This big ad will appear in the sidebars of the Home page, the Rental Seekers page, the Oregon Coast Map Page, and the Events Calendar Page. (Only 3 spaces available) Your sidebar ad will be approximately 300 x 150 pixels (our largest ad).
How do I get an ad?
1. Simply fill out the online form. Indicate whether you will be submitting an ad (subject to the size constraints as shown in the examples) or would like us to generate an ad* using pictures and info from your website.
2. Pay for the ad. You may send a check, or for faster service, pay with pay pal
That’s it!
Your ad will appear usually within two business days of payment, often the same day. Please make sure you agree with our terms before submitting an ad.
*Please note: you may submit your own ad art work, or an ad will be created for you at no additional charge using our choice of elements from your website. If you wish us to generate the ad, but want creative control and approval rights, we will charge you $75 an hour for any time needed to make changes/updates you ask for before approval.
